I'm having the exact same issue. Open Lightroom Classic 10.1 on Windows and it loads ok, if I try to do anything on the Library module, like double-click on a photo to go from grid view to loupe view, it hangs for 20-30 seconds 'Not Responding'. Now it gets weird; use latest version of Zii (5.1.9) Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator are both showing the “K’ed by TNT Team” at the Help menu. However Lightroom doesn’t seem to work. After I used Zii 5.1.8 to Patch Lightroom 9.2 it shows showing the “K’ed by TNT Team” at the Help menu.
I have tried SO many different methods for installing lightroom but nothing is working. I know lightroom 9.2.1 is not supported, but I cant get 9.0 or 9.1 to work at all. I keep getting the message saying 'We can't verify your subscription status' as I am doing this with wifi disconnected. The steps that worked for all other adobe apps is as.

If you're in the middle of a project or other business-critical work, we recommend that you wait until the project is complete. Before you upgrade, make sure you have a reliable backup and can restore to your current version in case you run into issues. If possible, upgrade in a test environment to ensure your third-party plug-ins, workflows, and configuration continue to work as expected.
